Checking in was confusing due to an unresponsive front desk!!! Lacked an elevator, making it tricky to haul luggage to the second floor!!! The room could use some modern updates for a more comfortable experience!!!

Positive, The queen room was spacious and comfy for four adults. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of everything. I slept like a baby on the big, comfortable mattress.

Also, there’s no elevator, so be ready for a hike up the stairs. Overall, a good experience despite a few quirks!
